Gift Cards and Discount Codes

Only one code can be used per order.

Codes must be applied during checkout.

Codes can't be combined, added later, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

Order Acceptance

Returns and Refunds

Returning Products

Return products within 14 days at your own cost (unless otherwise stated).

Keep proof of return.

Products must be in new condition.
Refunds

Standard delivery fees are refunded (express delivery fees are not).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or cancellation notice.

Refunds use the original payment method.
Shipping
UK Delivery:

Free standard delivery on orders over £100 (Evri).

Free next-day delivery over £125, or £1.99 for orders over £100.
-
Standard delivery from £3.79–£4.99.
-
Next-day delivery from £5.49–£9.99 (must order before 3PM for same-day dispatch).
Northern Ireland & Channel Islands:

Standard shipping is £9.99 and takes 3–5 days.
Black Friday/Cyber Monday:

Please allow up to 14 days for shipping during peak sales.
Other Important Information
Ending Ongoing Contracts
You may cancel ongoing services (e.g., subscriptions) as explained during the order process.
If Something Is Wrong With Your Product

Changes to Products or Terms
We may make minor changes anytime and major changes with advance notice.
Withdrawing Products
We may stop offering a product with seven (7) days’ notice and refund you for any unused portion.

We may end contracts if you don't pay or cooperate with delivery.
Limitation of Liability
