Ordering

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as we prioritize speedy processing and shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address after an order has been submitted.

Returns

Pre-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded until dispatch. After dispatch, our regular refund and returns policy applies.

We accept returns within 14 days for products that are unopened and unused. To initiate a return, simply visit www.shadowspirits.co.uk/returns/, enter your order information, and follow the on-screen instructions for a hassle-free return process.

Shipping

Yes! Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your tracking information and a direct link for tracking.

Yes, but to qualify, you must select 'Next Day Delivery' at checkout and place your order before 3 PM from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 3 PM or during weekends will be shipped the next available day.
