Returns & Refunds

At Shadow Spirits Ltd, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We allow returns for any unused items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. 

Please ensure you retain proof of shipment, as we cannot issue a refund if the items are not received by Shadow Spirits Ltd and there is no evidence of delivery. 

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Subscriptions are considered exchange-only items and cannot be refunded, unless you have fulfilled the minimum contract term of three months.

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the items to us for a refund.
