Prize promotion terms and conditions

  1. How to participate
  1. In order to enter this promotion, go to www.shadowspirits.co.uk and purchase a bottle of GIN/VODKA/LEMON GIN/RUM WITH SPICES.
  2. All entries must include your name, email address, postal address (including postcode), and telephone number.
  3. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
  1. Start date

This promotion will start at 12pm ono 30.05.2025

  1. Selection of the winner
  1. The winner of the competition shall be the first person to purchase a bottle of VODKA/GIN/LEMON GIN/RUM WITH SPICES from the website at www.shadowspirits.co.uk., which is identified as being the first purchase on Shopify.
  1. Prize
  1. The prize is a total amount of £500.00 (FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS)
  2. There is no alternative prize.
  3. The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.
  1. Restrictions and requirements
  1. Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply:
  1. You must be over 18 years old to enter into the competition;
  2. You must be a UK resident;
  3.  England, Wales & Scotland Mainland
  1. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.
  2. Participants may qualify for only 1 prize on launch date. Once a participant has won a prize, they are not eligible to win additional prizes in the launch event.
  1. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize
  1. The promoter will notify the winner by email & telephone  on or before 06.06.25. If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification).
  1. Publicity and personal information
  1. Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purpose outlined in paragraph 8.2 below.
  2. The Winner/s will be announced on social media platform & website on 06.06.25 .
  3. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, please email info@shadowspirits.co.uk prior to the closing date of the promotion.
  4. You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.

  1. This promotion is operated by Shadow Spirits ltd, Unit 20 Hirwaun Ind Estate, Aberdare, CF44 9UP.
  2. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
  3. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.
  4. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
